1. Can I make a booking on the telephone? Yes, you can call us on our helpline No. 91-98140 66668. 2. How do I make a hotel booking for group tourism? All group booking requests can be mailed to us at info@buttertrips.com and we will revert to you within 24 hours. Alternately you can call us on our helpline no. 91 98140 66668. When you are looking for group bookings, we request you to please include as many details of your travel as possible, as number of adults and children travelling, preferred check in dates and destinations, budget, etc. 3.How do I know that my booking is confirmed? Whether a booking is made online or over the phone, a confirmation would be sent to you via e-mail, which include all the information regarding your reservation number and travel details. 4. How can I make a hotel booking for a destination not listed on the site? You can send a request to us at info@buttertrips.com and we will revert to you within 24 hours with options for flights, hotels and holidays as per your requirements. you can also call us on our helpline No. 91-98140 66668. 5. How will my hotel booking or Holiday Package be confirmed? For all hotel bookings made on the website, you will receive a confirmation number via e-mail. For hotel and Holiday packages booked over the phone, our Executive would process all your travel details and check for availability with the hotel. Your travel would be confirmed over e- mail as soon as we receive a confirmation from the hotel. |

1. How can I pay for the travel product purchased from Buttertrips? We accept the following modes of payment for all purchases - credit card, debit card/net banking, cheque, demand draft and cash. 2 . How do I pay by credit card? You can make purchases using a credit card both online and offline. To pay by credit card, we require the following details - type of credit card, card holder's name, expiration date and billing address of the credit card. For online purchases, the CVV batch code on the reverse of the credit card is also required. 3. How do I know that my credit card information is safe on your site? We ensure that every transaction you conduct online is in a safe and secure environment. To achieve this, the website is protected by Secured Socket Layer (SSL) technology by VeriSign, the leaders in encryption technology. |

1. Can I change my hotel booking? You may change your hotel reservation details. However, certain charges as per the hotel policies might be applicable. 2. Will I have to pay any charges if I cancel my hotel or package booking? Cancellation policies and charges will depend on the hotel booked. Buttertrips, will charge 3% of the total transaction amount as a processing charge for all cancellations above and beyond the charges by the hotel. 3. Can I cancel a part of the group that is traveling with me? For a hotel booking, you can cancel a part of your booking. However, cancellation charges as imposed by the hotel may apply. 4. What we have to do if hotel voucher is lost or stolen? For hotel bookings, please report stolen or lost vouchers to us via phone or email and we will blacklist the same. We would then issue another voucher if it has not already been utilized. |
